I love working for CareAparent! They truly care about each and every one of their employees and clients. It's the best job I've had with the absolute best people!

I’m a veteran who recently lost her leg. The VA paid Care Aparent to have an aide come out and help me take my trash out. The very first aide that came stole the keys to my new truck, my house and my car. When I contacted them about this they offered to duplicate the keys but refused to change the locks to keep me safe. I hate to admit it but I am a vulnerable adult and I am being taken advantage of. I called a lawyer and I have a police officer helping to try and protect me but nothing has been done yet. Grace at Care Aparent has informed me that they aren’t at fault for items their employees steal. She say it’s in the handbook. I looked at, and confirmed with the manager Grace, that the section she believes frees them of fault for theft is actually referring to damaged property. Not stollen items. It makes me sick that this is the kind of assistance we are offering our veterans. Especially those that can’t defend themselves. I’m also in touch with a social worker and the VA. I hope I can prevent this from happening again. I have no idea if this person is going to return and steal my truck or rob me. I wouldn’t be able to defend myself if they did. But CarAparent has decided that my safety and security are worth nothing. I’m scared and angry and I really hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. Stay away if you can.

Working at CareAparent is a real joy and blessing for me. I love interacting with my clients. I have adopted them into my family ! I also want to give a shout-out to everyone in the office who work so hard to keep everyone safe & happy !

I gotta say I am in the best nursing job of my career! I am feeling very blessed and feel like I'm working with CareAparent, not just for them. The owners, our nurse manager, nursing team, scheduling team Emily Fischer, and everyone in the office are so supportive, helpful and fun! And not to mention I am well compensated and recognized for my good work! I have and continue to do and learn so much not just about the care but so much about my clients and life. 98% of the clients I see are Veteran's and I feel proud to be taking care of them. The cards were lined up in the right place at the right time. Thank you Kimberly Almer & Craig Jerde for helping me get my dream job!! And so happy Plaii Vaj is with us too! And I have big thank you's to all the amazing colleagues and experience I built in my 5 years at Allina which prepared me to excel in my current role. I am truly winning at life! 😍😊😁🙏🎊💊🩸🩹🩺
