Ralph repaired a damaged door panel on my 2022 Toyota Highlander after I was hit by another car. The repair required installing a new panel and painting the door to match the rest of the vehicle. His work was immaculate and you can't tell it was ever hit or damaged. He also finished the work in the time period promised (he actually had it ready late morning on the day where it wasn't supposed to be done until the evening and let me know so I could it pick it up early). Very easy to work with, reasonable price, I highly recommend, thanks Ralph!

Ralph had great customer service, his response time was less than a minute via phone and email; he completed my repairs in less than a week, and fulfilled some necessary maintenance tasks that I had been lacking. I am so glad that I trusted the reviews from previous customers. As a woman, I am always cautious when approaching a mechanic shop because we are often taken advantage of by our lack of expertise in a male dominant environment.
