I found the Caliber Roseville location thru a Geico claim that had not been repaired 100% by a Wisconsin Caliber facility. Richard at the Roseville location reached out to me in order to correct the problem. His entire team was professional, friendly and technically savvy. The problem was identified and quickly resolved literally within minutes of my arriving at the Roseville location. Amazing! If I have any future reasons for service, Richard and his Team at Caliber Roseville is my only Go-to facility. Thank you, Richard & Team. What a great service experience!
Did not show or call for their first appointment, after two calls to Caliber, a scheduler finally told me that they ordered the incorrect molding for my windshield and they had to reorder the part. After another week and a half, they call back to make an appointment, I requested that they CONFIRM they had the correct parts for my install. I was told they double checked my order and they indeed have the correct molding, set the appointment for the following week. This time I get a call 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, that the technician once again DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT PARTS.. cancelled the work, will find someone else to replace.

Terrible service, kept getting transferred back and forth to their windshield pros location in Sacramento until they just hung up on me.
