To give you an idea, I called in the morning for an emergency appointment, not expecting them to give me one right away but on the same day at least. A woman answered me and told me that she would tell me right away if there was a gap but that I had to do an analysis (?). She didn't even leave me on hold and I spent 12 minutes waiting while she talked to people who came into the clinic and asked for tests or chatted with her colleagues about what they were going to make for food (inexplicable). I spoke out loud to see if he would respond and make an appointment but nothing so I hung up. I find it a shame that there is such unprofessional customer service.

Every day worse. You arrive and reluctantly and without explanation they tell you that you have two machines and that you get your number there. If you don't know, do whatever you can, older people won't even tell you. On top of that, they ask you everything on the screen and you tell them that you do not agree to share your data with third parties and it does not let you because if you remove it, it does nothing and does not give you a number. This clinic is getting worse every day. Those people who are at the counter soon go out into the street.

The endocrine doctor is one of the rudest doctors I have ever encountered. I'm not going back to that lady. No type of empathy, no talk. has the absolute truth,... the rest of the doctors have no idea about anything it seems... A horror of a lady. It has made me feel worse than I was. A couple of pieces of paper for some tests and running to your house that's in the way. I'm sick to my stomach.

I have gone to the traumatologist already referred from my general practitioner for pain in the hip area, and they have simply invalidated my pain in a total tone of mockery just because I am very young (25 years old) and I am very flexible, when I ask for authorization from the physio he tells me "I don't know why you want to go, you should do yoga, but I'll do it for you, remember that you have to be very constant and maybe a year of physio." So if I'm perfect, why would I have to go for a year? It really seems disrespectful to me to be treated like this as if I were exaggerated or crazy, it seems that being 25 years old totally invalidates me from feeling pain. It seems horrible to me that they treat their patients and clients like this since I am paying for health not for shoes that make me uncomfortable, I am in pain and all they do is make fun of me, what a lack of professionalism, a shame.

I put one star because I can't put less. Lack of seriousness, formality and professionalism. I had a phone appointment today and no one called me. What a lack of formality and respect
