The service when interested in making the sale is even good. However, after the seller gets what he wants, the customer support and after-sales service is terrible. My father-in-law traveled to Ouro Preto to resolve the malfunction of our hi chips where he was informed by the salesperson Letícia that portability should be carried out and all service was handled well. After portability we started to have a lot of problems with the operator, even sending invoices were not done in the agreed manner. And every month we have a bigger headache with the operator's app and the same salesperson who made our plans was notified of the problems and did not provide us with any support. Quite the contrary, the seller showed no interest in helping us. I do not recommend the store or the operator to anyone. Disappointed
