Matt is an outstanding realtor, I would use him again in the future, it is hard to trust people in this day and age. I fully put my trust into Matt and he definitely didn't let me down, if anyone is looking to purchase a home I would strongly recommend using this realtor, he goes above and beyond, he worked around my chaotic schedule to make things happen, definitely a trust worthy and very smart individual, and you can tell he loves what he does and thats awesome, we need more Matt's in this world. I will be referring him to any family or friends looking to purchase a home in the future....

Dealt with selling realtor who was not very good at communicating. Hard to get answers and would beat around bush and ignore concerns. Did not seem very professional in answering questions or concerns I had for seller as the buyer. Would not recommend.
