David was immediately responsive to my needs and concerns when I was looking to purchase a home out of my home city. He personally and professionally drove me all around Indianapolis for nearly six hours! He offered to purchase me anything I wanted to drink from Starbucks, and he never asked for anything in return. Whenever I needed to ask a question he was available via text or email. He took all my real estate questions and concerns into account and gave me his very professional opinion. He followed fair-housing protocol and was professional in his recommendations. He was attentive and a great sport in trying to accommodate my family in the search for a home in Indianapolis. Disappointing Experience. Our company was looking for a local broker to conduct a Broker's Price Opinion on a home in Alexandria Indiana. We came across their website and picked a broker by the name of Connor McCulley. We contacted Connor, explained what we needed, he agreed to do the BPO and asked for me to "send it over". I emailed him the paperwork. He then went MIA. Our customer called us 4 days later and told us they never received a call from Connor. Over the next 2 days, I left Connor 2 voicemail messages and 1 text. He never called me back. I ended up contacting their office and left a message for the managing broker, Dan. Dan called me back the next day, left me a massage and told me that Connor was new and wasn't very knowledgable on doing BPOs. He never extended a suggestion to get another broker in his office. I called back, left Dan a message explaining we still need a BPO and maybe another agent could be recommended. Nothing, no call back.
