CENTURY 21 Price Right

Excellent company! Century 21 Price Right has been managing my properties for a number of months and I couldn't be happier. The entire team have been very professional and thorough. Their follow up is great, they promptly respond and answer my questions, and are pleasant and friendly to work with. I have used other Management companies in the LC valley and some leave a lot to be desired...Not Century 21 Price Right. They are definitely one of the best if not the best. I highly recommend their services.

Sandy DuFrane was very unprofessional over the phone. When presenting information that confirmed a pre-approval and asking to see a house, she laughed at the situation and said it was impossible and hung up. We were prepared for an explanation or ready for her to setup a later date, but not what we got!

I recently sold my triplex in Lewiston- I live in Portland, OR. Century 21 Property Management is best in professionalism and responiveness. Everyone was pleasant to work with, and very helpful when I needed repairs done. The staff at Century 21 property management kept me informed, and I had great tenants! It's so nice to get a printout of rents collected, repairs done and other information once a month. We were very impressed with the knowledge, honesty, friendliness, good character and professionalism of our agent, Troy, at Century 21. I got the feeling I would've been treated the same whether I drove a Pinto or a Porche. Which says a lot about ones character. Its also nice to have a trustworthy agent when its your first time buying a house. From spotting costly problems in a house all the way to helping you go through and sign contracts.
