CENTURY 21 Northstar

We just got our bathtub/shower fixed and updated. Our Century 21 contractor Dan spent a few days pulling out our old tub and put in a new steel tub, updated the shower fixtures and installed an impressive new tile from tub to sealing. This was a lot more of an upgrade than we ever expected. Thank You and especially the owner of this property, so much. We really appreciate the new tub/shower!!!

Horrible renters allowed in my rental due to poor screening by Century 21. Was told they would do drive bys regularly to check condition of exterior. I had to call and point out poor yard upkeep multiple times and quit relying on them looking out for my property. They may be good at helping renters but as a landlord I felt I was low on their priorities. I was so disappointed with their services and cannot recommend them to other home owners.

I own several rental properties and have used MANY property managers. I am the MOST HAPPY with Century 21 Golden West Realty. They have a great team in the office. Vacancies are quickly cleaned and repaired. Other property managers created an overpriced multi-page estimate which took at least a week to submit to me for approval, then waited until THEIR IN-HOUSE crew was available for repairs and cleaning. By contrast, Century 21 usually cleans out trash in 1-2 days, then repairs start immediately AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. They really keep the costs down and get it rented fast which allows me to keep rents down. They respond to my emails the same day. They are fair with tenant deposits too. I noticed I have MUCH fewer vacancies with Century 21 because they don't annoy the tenants. Also, I am very happy with Shaun Steward as a agent for buying or selling properties.
