Just wanted to share as my parents come up on the 3rd anniversary of their last move. They had lived in their home for almost 40 yrs. The house and property had become too much to take care of and needed some TLC. Once my parents finally agreed to sell and move in with us, I contacted Natalie Green. The professionalism in which the purchase of my home was outstanding. There’s no question the great quality goes hand in hand with the value. Listed with century 21, and in less than 2 days we found our own buyer, showed the home, and agreed to a price. Five days total the house was "pending sale". After contacting the office manager, and asking about a reduced sale percentage, I was told she would pass it on to the appropriate person since they were out of the office and they would get back to me. I have talked to three different people who never returned my calls on any questions I had. Needless to say my wife and I gave them $7,640 to do the paperwork on selling my house. Was not pleased, as we did not feel the paperwork was worth that much money. A 1% decrease in their cut would have made us happy. Our realtor was great and I would recommend her if she worked for a different company. Highly discourage anybody from listing their house with this greedy company.

We rented of Century 21 for 3 years and they were the best landlords we have ever have. While renting with them we decided to buy a house and used them also. Our realtor Bettina Boling did an amazing job and we would recommend her and Century 21 to all our friends and family.
