Kristin Aleywine is a hard working real estate agent. She went above and beyond in assisting me sell my home after I had bad experiences with 2 previous realtors. She listened to my concerns and we worked together to get my home sold. She was timely in responding to my numerous texts and phone calls. And she worked tirelessly with the buyers’ agent to resolve any issues that arose until the closing date.

Abdul the worst company to work with. As an owner they straight up lied to me about several repair instances, they knew about issues and did nothing until it was too late to repair and the only resolution was replacement. They refused to meet maintenance workers and forced tenants to take time off work to be present and supervise repairs. They failed to collect agreed upon rent, and acted like it was no big deal. They blamed all their laziness and incompetence on “difficult tenants” which in hindsight was absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this company if you are an owner or renter. I cannot imagine how difficult it must have been for my tenant to deal with them given how poorly they treat their owners.

OMG, I regretted submitting the application twice and paying the $70 fee and not getting any response, and it dawned on me after seeing the bad reviews people had about it. The manager felt so noble that he directly rejected the applicant without going through the owner's approval. Idiot

Take the warnings you have seen to heart! DO NOT rent from these ppl. First off when you sign the contract it says you must leave house clean with all the expectations of what they mean clean. With all of that my husband and I were please thinking that was good because we didn’t have to worry about cleaning the house before we moved in, BOY WE WERE WRONG! It was dirty so we had to clean it before we could even move in. Also you cannot pay your rent in cash, whatever form of payment you use you are charged extra. To use debit card you are charged $ 9.99 extra. Even if you set it up to automatically draft from your bank account you are charged a fee, when most place with give a discount for autopay. On top of that air conditioner went out during the heat wave they were notified on Friday no one came until Monday night after 6 pm. They are definitely not what they portray when you are looking at their homes. STAY AWAY FROM THEM unless you are ready for a massive headache!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE ! They are scum loads . We are currently renting from the clowns!! On Wyoming Avenue in Lynn Haven . It’s been 7 months. And the AC has broken 7 times. They have left me and my child . With no AC. For weeks on end ! Multiple times . With no help. NO TOILETS . Both broken . Have called them over and over . Went to their office on 77 hi way. Only to get no where! They lie . They only care about your money . And then they lie again . And take your deposits ! The back sliding door on this house is about to fall out. They refused to fix it! JEFF AND ALL THEM THAT WORK IN THAT OFFICE ARE ALL LYING CROOKS !!! Rent something. Somewhere else! From anyone else ! Do not trust these people !!!!! RUNN! Heck the bathroom sliding shower door fell out and busted. 2 weeks AFTER!! I called and told them it was broken. And they still never fixed it. I had to pay to replace it myself. And install it! The last house we rented from them . Last year. $1350 a month. With a $1350 deposit. They stole all but $80 . And then after they lied about the town house’s condition. And charges me $775 for 16 pieces of sod. At $3.50 a piece from the sod farm. For 1 tire track in the driveway. Then claimed me and my child destroyed the carpets. NO WE DID NOT. Lie !!!! The mailed me my $80 back to me . 4 MONTHS LATER!!!!!! At the new house we are in now . That we messed up and re rented another house from them . At $1750 a month. With a $1750 deposit! This has been the worst rental company ever ! I fell sorry for anyone that rents from these people . I now have to hire an attorney and sue them for breach of contract! And inhumane living conditions. This house is 115 degrees in here . Has been for a week. And still no help . Yet again for the 7th time . NIGHTMARE!!!!
