An okay management company, but a little dishonest in their services. They definitely overprice their services provided. Was quoted $1,900 for a whole house paint job and this was the service provided! Not to mention they didn't even paint behind the toilet either. My parents ended up coming back and touching up the entire house before it can be rented. This shouldn't have to be the case! What are they paying this management company for? To be a middle man to collect rent and find a tenant only? They also rented out our home at a below market value to quickly find a tenant, and insisted that this was a "fair market value".
