CENTURY 21 Beggins

Horrible experience with Sarah Shinaberry. Trying to buy a house in FL while out of state. Our second mistake, the first being - working with Sarah. When we got to Florida, we were not allowed to see the house we were trying to buy. Totally taken advantage of from Sarah and the seller's realtor, both in kahoots. The house was empty. Buyer or seller beware. We lost over 4k trusting these "realtors".

Awesome experience! Very friendly, knowledgeable service. Our agent Sarah went above and beyond looking for properties that fit our requirements. Besides knowing their stuff, they are friendly and personable! I highly recommend if you are looking to buy to come here!

We used them and was warned not to, and I should have listened. They kept bringing people who weren't qualified with the banks wasting our time. It's stressful enough selling and showing your home without having buyers that aren't qualified for a loan coming through, not once, but several times, especially at the height of covid going on. It wasn't only that but other things they also didn't do. So don't be like we were and heed the warning when people tell you. We sold it after the listing ran out with another company in about 5 days.

I bought my house via a listing agent with century 21 beggins. He stole the ceiling fans prior to the closing. When caught doing this I had to have century 21 beggins reimburse me. Their agent wouldn’t. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I did get reimbursed eventually. Their agents are VERY suspect. Agent is a black guy named Jonathan Harris. Beware!!
