The company has a lot to grow, it is a partner of equatorial but still has a deficit in services.

Telephone service, both WhatsApp and phone calls, is not working. There is a number for each service, reconnection, installments but it DOES NOT work. During a pandemic, we can't always go and resolve things in person.

A rubbish service, having to wait another hour on the line and not being attended to is an immense lack of respect. We pay an absurd amount for energy consumption and not even 10% of the quality of the service provided.

Worst electricity company in Brazil. Terrible service, when the power goes out, no phones are answered to provide a return date.

I have energy problems here in Novo Horizonte, I called CEA, they didn't solve my problem, the attendants there didn't solve anything. Terrible service
