Burn Boot Camp

I've been going to Burn for over a year now. I am so grateful a friend introduced me to it! Each workout is different and each workout is challenging. I like that they are accepting of all abilities and that the trainers can work with individuals to modify exercises to be more or less challenging. The community is inspiring and encouraging. The trainers are compassionate, knowledge, and helpful. I love my time at Burn, the friends I've made there, and the strength I've gained there... However, I hesitate to give 5 stars because I constantly battle justifying the cost. It's an expensive membership. And while it's exciting to see Burn Nation grow, I'm disappointed at how crowded camps have gotten. I hope with more members that more locations or more camp times will become available. Or perhaps more trainers/equipment available for each camp. Aside from the cost and the crowding, I absolutely love Burn and recommend it to anyone looking for a challenge or a good way to maintain themselves.

Burn Bootcamp in bountiful has been life changing! It’s such a great community and honestly feels like a big family! The workouts are challenging and constantly changing. The trainers are the BEST! They help me set goals and achieve them. The childcare is so awesome. I love that there’s a window so I can peek in on my baby during my workout. I will never go back to any other gym. I’ll be at burn forever!

I was at burn boot camp for about a Month, loved it there a lot. Staff was great, workouts where great. Price was decent nothing crazy. I left and when I was ready to come back (bc I did love it) I called them and spoke to someone at the desk about getting my membership restarted she was so rude and even laughed at my questions. Like I was dumb? I didn’t end up going back I just found a different gym and have been enjoying it there more. Disappointed that they could treat a caller like that bc I really did like it there. But glad they helped me find new and better opportunities else where.

Burn Boot Camp is an incredible gym that builds so much unity among everyone there. They encourage so much support and acceptance, and it never matters what fitness levels or differences we all have. Burn works so hard on building healthy and personable connections between our trainers and members. Burn in Bountiful is such a safe place to workout for any gender- any race- any age, to work on their goals together. There are amazing trainers full guidance and support through their focus meetings and during camps, and they work so hard to help us build healthier and stronger lives inside and outside of our gym. Absolutely LOVE Burn 🔥🩵

Joining burn was the best decision I made. I have been amazed at the unconditional love, support,and encouragement here. I have never felt so loved and accepted for who I am in every way than I have at Burn. Burn is my safe happy place. I am an athlete and have always worked out. Burn has taken me to a whole new level of physical strength. I am amazed at what my body can do after having 5 kids and serious back issues and pain. I am doing things I never thought I could do. The trainers watch me and help me do correct form to protect my back. They regularly ask me “how is your back?” They watch my form to keep me safe. I know they have my back! The trainers have pushed me step by step and been by my side everyday showing me I can do hard things. The trainers and my friends there have changed my negative mindset to a positive one in every area of my life. Now whenever I have to face a challenge in my life, which is almost everyday, the thought in my head that comes is “YES I CAN!” The community is incredible. I love the trainers and other members. They make me want to go to Burn everyday! I have also made lifelong best friends there. I absolutely LOVE BURN!
