The trainers at burn Bootcamp have had such an impact on my life as a mother, wife and woman. After having children I stopped working out for almost five years and it was really tough getting back into the routine of exercising again. Burn Bootcamp has helped get back into exercising by offering child watch for my two sons so I can focus on me for 45 minutes! The trainers have helped me love exercising again by motivating me, encouraging me to do my best, and giving me the confidence to finish ever workout. My trainers Karuna and Amanda are the most encouraging, motivating, and sweetest trainers I could have ever hoped for. They never make me feel like I can’t do something. They always find an alternative to help me get through my workout and always welcome me with a smile and such energy. When I started at Burn I promised myself I’d try my best to get three workouts in throughout the week… I’m almost hitting five workouts every single week. And that’s me being over weight. I have a long way to go on my fitness journey but In almost two months I’ve gained almost 2 lbs of muscle, lost a couple of pounds, and have been hitting almost 5 workouts a week! If I can do this you can too and the trainers at burn will help you meet your fitness goals!

When I was looking for a gym in Peachtree City or Fayetteville after not working out for a couple of years, I wanted one that would work with my knee problems, yet keep me challenged and interested. I definitely found it in Burn Boot Camp. The workouts are varied and trainers always have modifications ready for me. I have seen great results, losing fat and gaining strength. The complimentary focus sessions help with nutrition and keep my eyes on my goals. Without a doubt, Burn Boot Camp is the best gym in Peachtree City.
