I started at Burn on opening day (5 years in January) and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their mind, body, and spirit. Every member is on their own journey with different goals and levels of fitness. I always feel encouraged and inspired by others. This is a positive and friendly community and new members are always welcomed. All of the Burn trainers are amazing! They make it fun but never let me give less than my best. I leave every camp with more energy and in a better mindset. Burn has truly been life changing for me. Just give it a try. You won’t regret it!
I’ve been going to burn for over two years now and I can honestly say it’s like no other gym I’ve ever been to, the motivation, friendliness, and support that you receive there is like none other. You’re always welcomed with a smile and a good morning when you walk through the door no matter how early it is. high-fives are given throughout the whole camp and everyone is supportive and encouraging. The trainers are the best! If you have an injury or pregnancy, they will modify the workouts to fit you, i the only gym I’ve ever looked forward to waking up for

They give you modifications when you need it and push you gently when they know you can do more! If you are looking for accountability, community and growth; try Burn Boot Camp for 4 weeks!!
I’ve been working out at Burn for almost 1 1/2 years now and I couldn’t recommend a better gym. The trainers and people working out besides you truly want to help you be the best version of yourself. I have osteopenia and have gained 4% in my bone density in the past 2 years and that’s even after having 2 babies! The first step is walking through the door and everyone here will help you with the rest.
Burn has changed my outlook on working out. I played sports until college and then fell out of the routine of working out consistently. After some encouragement from a coworker (thanks Carrie) I joined a 4 week trial. I’ve fell in love with it since. Burn has such a great community and I feel supported in my journey to getting stronger. So thankful for the Burn trainers and community
