01/21/2021 - Called to see if they could fix my wheelchair brakes. Spoke with Doug, who said they could do it while I wait. Not only did Doug tighten my breaks, but also did the wheel hubs and the front wheels too. I found it very affordable and paid for it myself. I recommend Buit Mobility Solutions to anyone needing new wheelchairs, scooters, or power chairs, and for repair. Thank you Doug for your excellent service. Doug installed an inclined platform lift in our home. He is easy to work with and is very attentive to detail. The icing on the cake is that his price was well below his competitors. I highly recommend Doug or all your mobility equipment needs.

Friendly engagement with Sam, but disappointing to hear that they don't service Acorn stairlifts, one of the more popular lift companies out there. This is less of a review but a notice for others.
