British Swim School of 24 Hour Fitness Fairfax

Don’t ever signup for these classes , I was a student with them then I have to travel for two months for family emergency.and I couldn’t tell them a month before that so I cancelled my classes I don’t get charged for the classes while I’m gone. but I had a whole month of makeups that I have missed and now I’m trying to schedule them and they said I have to become a student again for that . I’m so upset about I don’t want to enrol again with these people and they don’t want to give me my makeups or refund me my money.

Around October 31st, I paid the first month's fee with a credit card, but I requested a refund because the payment was made twice, but it was not processed for a month and the monthly fee was paid
