British Swim School at LA Fitness - Waterford Lakes

Our son has been enrolled for a couple months now. It's absolutely excellent. He has had two different instructors and they were both excellent. For young children, their initial focus is to keep them alive in the water. They're teaching things like how to jump into the pool, roll onto your back and float. They start with the Basics and it has been excellent.

AVOID! Do not enroll!! Impossible to cancel and waste of time. I signed my daughter up to work on her stroke technique. She had past the YMCA swim test at age 4, 5 and 6 so she knows how to swim. The class she was in was a waste of time because no one could do the basics like my daughter so she sat the entire time on the side. Also, there were classes cancelled that were never made up but they charge you (vomit pool and instructor had emergency). Always excuses. They just want your money.

Love the instructors so patient and kind with the kids. Easy to reschedule make up days. I love the way the instructors take the time to learn the kids names and boundaries without pushing them too fast. Best swim school ever!
