British Swim School at LA Fitness - Norwalk

Especially appreciate small group setting and flexible scheduling and of course all the instructors. They are awesome, very friendly and great with kids. My son progressed tremendously in his skills since he started taking lessons with British Swim School.

Terrible. Not a serious school. Teachers proceed below a snail's pace. They cheer if a child sticks a toe in the water and cancel classes if water falls below 80 degrees. Dishonest. RESPONSE TO OWNER EVAN SMITH Kevin, the manager, told me that that my child could make up classes that THEY canceled, and then, refused to let my child make them up unless I enrolled in more classes. Waste of Time and Money! Evan, I did not deactivate my account. I told your manager, Kevin, that I was dissatisfied with the classes, and wanted my child to make-up the classes to which she was entitled so that I could see improvement in the lessons. Kevin agreed. Furthermore, the classes that you canceled at LA Fitness due to the pool's temperature still had people swimming in the pool. Your information is not correct. The pool was not shut down. You canceled class. I would like you to refund the money for the classes that you will not let my child make up.

Great fun and I am able to keep myself alive in the water. Will take more lessons in the future with them.
