British Swim School at Esporta - E. Broad Street

My son loves it! He had a bad experience with other lessons at another place and was scared. He seems to be very comfortable with British Swim School. The instructors are great. Very small and they work with the kids in a small class setting. The only compliant is the locker room situation with LA Fitness- I have a son and the only way in and out is through the locker rooms. It is uncomfortable for the little girls when I bring a boy through the locker room area and I will not allow my son to go alone through a mens locker room due to his young age. I wish they have a family door, or a common door. Thank you!

You wrote a review for British Swim School 2 days ago 7/9/2018 Last year, my daughter was enrolled in your swimming lessons program at LA Fitness on Broad St. in Columbus. She didn't really like it at the time and we already paid ahead for six lessons, so your employee (in charge of billing) told us we can resume lessons next year. Fast forward to now. My wife just got off the phone with your owner. He said we can't get the lessons we paid for or get our money back because he the employee that told us it would be fine no longer works with your company and he unregistered my daughter. His solution was we re-register and pay the registration fee again. What kind of racket are they running? The owner's behavior and the theft of our money is not how a respectable business operates. The instructors and the actual program itself is nice, but the business practices themselves leave A LOT to be desired.

Excellent coaching staff. Very friendly. It is possible to reschedule the classes when needed. Pool is very well maintained. Number of participants per class is less and hence one can get individual attention.

Great program for my seven year old son. He loved the instructors and progressed very quickly in learning to swim! I would highly recommend!

I like the facility it's very clean, but the staff discriminates, and very rude people. I wouldn't recommend this place!!!
