Brazilian Wax Spa by Marci Hoover

My first time going was a referral from my sister and I will be making this location my forever home! Very nice environment and Allison was great to me !!! Great way to bring in my new year!

I've been here and the other location multiple times but my last two recent times the wax has left my skin irritated, bumpy, and itchy. I've also have more ingrown hairs than ever. I never had those problems in the past with them so I'm not sure what changed. I did however switch to European Wax Center because their wax it hurts way less and left my skin smoother. I would recommend sticking to one wax place that works for you because other places may have different ingredients and what used to work for me at Marci's simply doesn't anymore. However I wanted to try since my place was booked up. I would say to others to be careful with switching up, never know how your skin will react. Otherwise, for the price Marci's isn't a bad place!

This was my first wax and Allison made it a great experience. Obviously, it can be a little uncomfortable showing a stranger your 🐝 🕳 and letting them rip the hairs out for ya, but she took my awkward jokes in stride and did a great job. Would absolutely recommend.

Always great customer service & a great experience each time I go. Anna, made me feels so comfortable and she talked to me through the entire thing!! Would definitely recommend her to anyone who’s interested in a wax here..

, I've been with the company at 2 dif locations over the span of 3 years and I've only ever had 1 bad experience. Love it! The receptionist are polite and the ladies that work there are super cool too (atleast the ones I've had 😁). I've recommended all of my friends and they like it too! Give it a try, if you dont like one person's style of waxing, switch it up. ✨communication✨ always works
