This gym is not just a place to work out. It is a family and the owners and trainers truly care about your progress! They will take time to help you, listen to your struggles, and cheer for your accomplishments. I lost over 20 lbs on one of their challenges (see pics). Losing that weight helped me reach my dream of finally having a baby, and I am now in the process of losing the baby weight and getting my strength back. I am down 18 lbs since returning and feel stronger and better than ever. Do this for yourself. You will not regret it!

It was my first time there. They have a great staff. Lots of support and energy. Awesome family business that wants the best for you. This is an excellent gym.

Hands down the BEST gym I have ever been to! The coaches here are absolutely amazing! I have never felt so welcomed at a gym! They push you to do your best but never make you feel like you're not enough!

I cannot say enough about this gym, it’s owners, coaches and members! I started December 2017, and haven’t looked back since! The owners and trainers take a personal interest in each member and making sure they are working towards their goals! It is a “You V You” environment. We all become like family, and I’ve made lifelong friends with a like-minded fitness journey! Because of the motivational and encouraging atmosphere I have found self confidence that I never had to be more successful in all areas of my life! With the variety of exercises, I now find going to the gym fun instead of being a chore! You never know what the next class will bring!! And with the 12 month membership they offer special classes several times a month that will challenge you beyond the norm!! I highly recommend this gym to anyone considering checking them out!!

Braselton FBBC has the absolute best and most supportive atmosphere. Regardless of your age or fitness level this place is for you! The entire staff puts so much time and effort into every aspect of their job. From childcare, nutrition counseling, the workouts, to cultivating relationships this place will not disappoint. I look forward to my 30 minutes a day even on days I don’t want to exercise. I’ve been a member since 2015 and am still consistently challenged every time I walk through the doors. I am most definitely in the strongest and healthiest shape of my life and it’s because of this gym and their commitment to changing lives!
