Boss Blow Dry Bar

My stylist was super sweet let me start by saying that BUT I paid for an extra head massage which left a lot to be desired. She just massaged the top of my head not the back or my neck which I assumed it would be my whole head? They did reimburse me for that though since I wasn't satisfied. I have naturally wavy hair but blow dry it straight and flat iron it, have layered angles in the front of my hair. She dried my hair and it was very frizzy sticking up at the top and then flat ironed it and it was flipped out on the bottom, I had to show her how to flat iron the layers and she still didn't do it right. I ended up going home and doing my whole head over again. Also, when washing my hair she used clarifying shampoo on my colored hair which I never would have agreed to and my hair has felt dry ever since, she didn't even ask first. Honestly I think I should have been refunded more than just the $10 head massage price given the cost of the service being $54. I did half the work and feel like I walked out with undone damaged hair. Needless to say I won't be going back. UPDATE: I was offered a free blow dry for my experience with a “top stylist “ so I gave it another shot. Mikaela was good except when it came to me asking her to flatiron my face framing layers in toward my face instead of flying everywhere she snapped that the more she flat ironed the frizzier it would get!! Nonetheless I tipped her $20 and went on my way after being told the service was comped only to just find out they charged my card $1! Now obviously it’s not the money but the principle of charging my card without my permission and after I was told that the service was free…shame on you very disappointed…

This is such an affordable way to feel pampered and beautiful!!! I get a blow out and my curls last for 5 days. Maintenance free beauty! The complimentary mimosas are a lovely touch to the service!!

Great atmosphere and excellent service. The front desk staff is always so welcoming and pleasant. I’ve gone to a variety of the stylists , and they’re all outstanding at what they do. They work with you to try to understand what you want so that you have the best result and feel great leaving the salon.

I absolutely LOVE coming here! I had always had a difficult time loving a blow out that was done by anybody other than myself but these stylists are truly EXPERTS. I have never left unsatisfied and they keep notes on the products that work well with my hair so every stylist can keep that blowout lasting well until my next hair wash day! Do not even get me started on the scalp massages at the sink, absolute heaven! It’s such a treat to get 1 hour to relax and leave looking great and ready to accomplish anything.

I came to this place looking like a hot mess. Miss Julia welcomed me with open arms and a delicious mimosa. McKenzie revived my soul and hair like nothing I’ve ever experienced. My hair is literally stunning and I’m coming back here as soon as I can. What a wonderful bachelorette activity!! They SLAYED the house down. 100 stars miss boss blow dry.
