Body Energy Fitness Pilates Studio

I love BEF!!! I’ve found a whole new community in my workout experiences. Going to the gym is cool, but when you have a community that pushes you, it makes it 10x better. The staff is amazing and Tracy is top tier. If you’re close to the downriver area, come visit us!!

I took my first ever Pilates class here a month ago, have been doing 2-3 classes a week, and I could not say enough great things. The studio is a positive environment, super clean, and the best workout for your body and mind. Tracy, the owner, is a phenomenal teacher and an awesome person. Brenda and Jess, are so kind and helpful, always greets you by name when you walk in the door. Everyone I’ve been in a class with has been welcoming and I’ve never felt ‘nervous’ or ‘out of place’ because ‘I’m new’. This is a wonderful community, I hope to be apart of for a long time and grow with. If you are looking for a Pilates studio, I highly recommend you schedule your one on one now!

This Pilates Studio is the best. The owner and main instructor Tracy Pighin is very knowledgeable in the practice of pilates and how it works with the body. I highly recommend this studio.
