Body By Bliss Pilates (Within the Velvet Mill)

Alisha is highly educated and dedicated and has made my pilates experience wonderful. I am so thankful I found her. I have been attending private sessions for almost 2 months and can honestly say I have never felt more aligned with my body. I will be a student for life. Alisha has tailored my sessions to my range of motion. I have had a rib injury that has limited me in some of the exercises and she is ALWAYS aware of what I can and cannot do. I look forward to a long relationship with Alisha and pilates.

I just completed the Back to Basics: Reformer Series and I could not be happier. I was curious about the Reformer for years but never had the opportunity to learn how to use it. Alicia was an excellent instructor, a wealth of knowledge, and a kind soul. I feel stronger and more aligned and will continue my practice.
