Best Pilates Studio! I’ve never felt better! Sherry is the best instructor and truly loves giving her clients a great workout! After 8 months of Pilates at Body and Soul, I see such a difference in my posture, strength and toning. Highly recommend! Kudos!

I absolutely enjoyed my class with Mrs.Sherry today! This was my first time taking Pilates and not only was she helpful, but friendly and welcoming. I love that it’s a smaller studio and it’s only a 10 minute drive from my house. I will definitely be back!

Love, love this hidden gem! (Well not hidden for long!!). Pilates is definitely a game changer in my workout routine. Forever getting asked what am I doing different. I could not recommend this place more. The instructors are attentive, patient and encouraging. The building itself is exactly what I would do if I could create my own Pilates studio. And the music is perfect. I enjoy the music as much as I enjoy the class. This past year I have recovered from surgery and was already completely out of shape. This place has been a lifesaver for me. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

After moving to Madison, I was really missing my Pilates practice- a practice I had developed back in my hometown. When I saw BAS was opening just down the street, I jumped at the chance to sign up. Being a member has been so great not only for my physical health, but mental as well. Each teacher is wonderful, bringing her own unique style to each class. Grateful to have Body & Soul in Madison!
