I discovered this wonderful yoga studio shortly after retiring, and it has truly become a cherished part of my routine. I recently had an amazing experience at Bronx Body & Brain Yoga, and I wanted to share my positive review, especially regarding the instructor, Leo. I had been dealing with ankle discomfort, which left me limping for a couple of days. Leo went above and beyond to assist me by introducing simple and easy stretches.The stretches were not only effective but also practical to incorporate into my daily routine. After the session, I experienced a remarkable improvement—I was no longer limping, and there was a noticeable sense of relief in my ankle. Leo's guidance and expertise made a significant difference in my well-being. I truly recommend Bronx Body & Brain Yoga, you’ll love it I will definitely be taking more classes.

The person who teaches yoga here his name is Leo. I've had the privilege of working alongside Leo for the past two years at another worksite but I can't speak highly enough of his honest and magnetic personality, welcoming energy and approachable nature. Leo creates an environment where you can be yourself. Beyond his professional excellence, Leo has extended his kindness by sharing valuable insights. His guidance on relieving neck stiffness and suggestions for addressing insomnia, like the Chamomile Lavender Tea with honey, have significantly improved my well-being. Leo's generosity and expertise make him an invaluable asset to life. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with such an amazing individual, Even though I haven't experienced Leo's yoga teachings firsthand, I have no doubt that his positive influence and expertise will contribute to the success of this place. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to attend in the future.

I’m so happy that I found Body & Brain Yoga and Tai-Chi. The instructor Tatiana helped me with my anxiety and my constant shoulder pain. She showed me simple exercises that really helped me and I do them every day. The center feels so relaxing and the people there are so friendly. I highly recommend to come to the Bronx Body & Brain Yoga, you’ll love it.

As a mother of two boys, juggling two jobs and school, I often feel overwhelmed and fatigued. However, the person, who teaches classes here, recently showed me some incredible stretches and techniques that have helped me alleviate stress and increase my energy levels. I used to experience tense pain in my upper shoulder, but after trying these stretches, my body felt as if it were finally releasing all the tension. Initially, I was skeptical, but I was surprised by how effective they were. Now, whenever I feel stressed or need a quick energy boost, I perform these stretches. I even taught my mother how to do them, and she was amazed by how much they helped her too. These stretches have been a game-changer for me, enabling me to relieve stress, eliminate headaches, and feel more relaxed and energized. My mental health got better.
