Love the encouragement and coaching! I love the time spent here. They always give people with different abilities alternative moves. It’s 30 minutes but you work on your entire body. We have fun and encourage each other. Great motivation. ♥️💪🏼

The best decision I ever made was joining FBBC. Rhonda and the rest of the coaches are awesome and push you to do better with the workouts. It is the best 30 minutes of my day. FBBC feels like family.

Rhonda & Fit Body Bootcamp Family is life-changing! I have been battling a disorder that causes extreme fatigue. I was stressed from work, tired, depressed, and didn’t see any hope of things changing. Being healthy seemed impossible. At FBBC, we are women & men of all ages, shapes, life stages and fitness levels, coming together for 30 minutes of intense fun. They focus on form and working at your own pace. In 5 months I am so much stronger & leaner. My balance is better, my lower back pain from sitting at a computer desk all day is gone, and I feel proud when I look in the mirror. Joining FBBC was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! For 30 minutes, I don’t have to make a single decision, and as a mom of three, wife, and teacher, it is a MUCH needed break!
