Bluegrass Chem-Dry

We were hoping to get another year out of our 16 year old carpet. As you can imagine, after raising 2 kids and 2 dogs on an acre in the country has left it worn and stained. We have had it cleaned in the past, but not in a while, so it was in particularly bad shape on this go around. I called and got an estimate. I described our situation with the dogs, (one of which is a 10 month old lab) and explained that we would need the Pet Urine Odor spot treatment,(PURT) the deodorizer as well as the traditional cleaning. She gave me the estimate. I thought it was reasonable so we scheduled for noon that Friday. (Good Friday) They were actually running a little behind, but they called me and let me know, which I loved. My husband was there when Shawn arrived and instructed him to do "The Works, because we need it all!" Shawn talked through the products and explained what he was going to do. My husband said that he was extremely professional, nice and a very hard worker. The final cost was less that the estimate. The best part? My carpets look new. NEW!!! And they don't smell like "dog" anymore. Really fresh and clean smelling. It's been 4 days and we have commented on it EVERYDAY since Shawn was here. I never imagined that they could look this good after 16 years. So, thanks for your hard work, Shawn, and your great service! I'm a very satisfied customer!

Shawn did a fantastic job on my carpet. He got out some bad stains and made my carpet smell much better and I have cats! I highly recommend them.
