Tiara and Elizabeth!! I come to Chicago for a holiday party once a year and make sure I book far enough in advance to get an appt. Tiara literally slays your face and is super sweet. I recommended other girls going to the same event to come see her and they were also very happy. (Second in from right)

Tiara and Juan are truly the best! I was in town for a wedding and after lots of online research, landed on making an appt here. I was super specific about requesting them not based on the positive reviews. The place is clean and in a super cute neighborhood. I got there 5 min early and Tiara was on time and so sweet and SO talented. I've had makeup artists just want to finish the job, but she truly took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. After my makeup appt I went to check-in for hair and somehow the front desk had swapped me with another hair stylist. I kept showing her my confirmation, but she could care less and was so dismissive. Even though Tiara was with another client, when she saw what was going on, she immediately stepped away and came over to help. She spoke to Juan and got him to swap clients with someone else so he could do my hair. He, of course, did an incredible job and was super fast to make sure I got out on time. Huge kudos for Tiara for not only being an incredible makeup artist but also for taking care of me even though it wasn't her job!!

This can only be described as the fast food service of hair styling. Not a pleasant experience for me as far as the ambiance, the unfriendly staff, and my hair was not styled how I asked for. The stylist burned my scalp with the hairdryer and no products were used to help with style. I also didn’t feel my hair was washed, but rather just wetted. The curls also only lasted my 10 min walk home and my hair was as basically straight by the time I got home. I also asked for a receipt for the charges and was not given one. I will not be returning, not worth the value at all.

Toni is AMAZING!!! Despite my curly, difficult to manage hair, Toni gave me the exact up-do I was looking for. My hair truly never looked so beautiful. 12/10 and am absolutely going back. Thank you, Toni!

Went in for a blowdry and curl and asked for the back to be clipped up in a very basic way. Was told that was an updo so no shampoo or blowdry. Just curl. Worked on my hair for less than 30 minutes. She ended up doing a low bun and almost left pieces hanging on one side only. Asked her to put those up...to match the other side at least. Front has 3 pieces of ot hair curled. Knew I needed to go home and redo it for the wedding I told her I was attending. Went to check out....$95! Horrible. Could NOT be more disappointed.
