Blo Blow Dry Bar

Emma did an incredible job with my hair before my company Christmas party. I have long, very thick, wavy hair, and she made me look like a movie star. My hair is not naturally shiny--it's almost coarse--and I have no idea how she achieved the look. It seemed like she was barely using any products at all. Was it witchcraft? It sure looked magical in the end! I got compliments all night, and people even told me I could have been a glamorous silver-screen era pinup. Plus, I had a lot of fun during my appointment. Emma, you're a lovely person. I will definitely go back the next time I want to look amazing for an event!

Ariana is AMAZING! She helped me pick out the perfect hair style for my event and also did my make up. She was so kind and easy to talk to. She also made me look amazing for my event. I will definitely be returning. 🥰 Thank you all again!

I will say this, my stylist was the NICEST and most confident person so I hate to share this negative feedback but because of the way my complaint was handled (and unheard), I wanted to share my experience. I had my hair and makeup done for a friends wedding and while my hair turned out ok (not like the photo and friends had to help correct the loose and showing bobby-pins)...the makeup was terrible. I paid extra for lashes and for whatever reason, she cut them in half and placed them in the center of my eye lids. They fell off before I even arrived home. I called to express my complaint the next day and the owner explained that I should have called the day off and they possibly could have refunded me for the lashes but she thought my makeup looked fine so there was no need for the complaint. "It was so natural." It looked NOTHING like what I requested. I wish I would have taken a photo before having to redo the makeup completely and pull off the dangling lashes. She further explained there was not a solution for a refund of any kind because of the nature of their system. Being someone with 20+ years of experience in customer service and hospitality - I would have handled the situation differently and extended a full refund for the makeup. She instead invited me back for a complimentary set of lashes. Maybe they do a good Blow Dry but I will NOT be back and would not recommend Blo Blow Dry Bar.

Avoid at all costs if you are doing bridal hair or makeup! I am an out of town bride who was recommended to this salon by my hair stylist from an online forum. I will not name the girl who did my hair. She was sweet, however her skills were not up to par to be doing a bridal look in the hair or makeup department. I asked for a Dutch braided bun with a little volume and what received was a flat, lopsided, messy bun with a not even Dutch braided braid that I honestly could have done at home myself. I discussed my concerns when she was done and she assured me it would look right on the day of, but it looked nothing like either of the reference photos I showed to her. I had to stop the makeup service halfway through because it was going so poorly. I left the salon in tears and immediately took my hair out and wiped the makeup off. I tried to work something out with the owner, who offered me a service with the head stylist, but as an out of town bride I would not be able to do another trial and would have had to blindly trust that she would do a good job. After I told her I was not comfortable with that solution, I was denied a refund. Would not recommend!

I took my daughter in to get our hair done. We had a great time. I do t remember the woman’s name that did her hair but my daughter described her as kind and relatable. Vanessa who did my hair was amazing! I’m a member at Blo and this was my favorite style yet! I highly recommend booking with her. Such a relaxing fun time! On Mother’s Day they gave my a rose and chocolate covered strawberry! Complementary drinks and all the sweet touches make me feel so special. Book and find out for yourself! Was in again today 6/6 and highly recommend Pheonyx! I also believe everyone should have tinsel in their hair! 🥰
