I've been coming for two years and I don't see results. I signed a contract that expressly stated that if 80% of the hair was not removed at the end of the sessions, I had a guarantee of one year of free sessions. My surprise was that at the end of the sessions I had contracted, they did not give me the guarantee, even though the objective for which I signed it had not been met. The reason why they have not given it to me is that I have a hormonal problem, a fact that I communicated when signing the contract and they told me that there would be no problem when requesting the guarantee. They should take the satisfaction guaranteed off the door.
