I loveeeeee Madison!!!! She is great! She is quick and personable! We would have a whole convo and two secs later, she’s done. I don’t like the whole pay first policy but I’m comfy enough to pay for MADISON up front.

I was going here for a few months There were several visits in which I had to stand outside or sit in the lobby to wait for my service after my scheduled time. Today I was 4 minutes late for my appointment because of traffic. I was told to sign in on their new system. After attempting that, I told the girl at the desk it didn’t work. She went to ask someone and by the time she returns, I’m told that because I was over 5 minutes late I can’t sign in or be seen. For context we are having this conversation at 5:46. She didn’t know the system wouldn’t let me sign in. That’s not her fault, but that’s not my fault either. She said I could reschedule for a 25% fee. I wish I would. It’s okay for customers to stand outside for 10 minutes because someone is on break, eating or running behind but I can’t be serviced at 4 minutes? I have to pay to reschedule. Hypothetical and unfair. There’s plenty of reputable places with better services.

This is my go to waxing place! The specialists are great. I really enjoy the type of wax they use, it makes a painful process less painful. I moved and I’m still coming here!

I've been coming here for 4 years and have had brazilian waxes done by Lanisha. In fact, she was the first one to ever do a wax on me and made my first experience very comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and ensures everyone on her team knows what they are doing. I have also been waxed by Ariel. She is my go-to waxer in the summer and I always look forward to seeing her because she takes the time to get to know you and actually remembers the conversations you have.

Beauty Lab is my go-to wax spot in Columbia. The staff is efficient but very kind, and the space is calm and clean. I always leave feeling like I get my money’s worth. If you get bikini waxes, you also leave feeling mostly pain-free! I’d happily recommend!!
