Great instruction for all levels. I have been practicing with the instructors at BE Yoga for over a decade. You are going to love the environment! This studio is a decade long dream brought to life. I love that I am allowed to simply BE who I am at Yoga. No stress about perfect poses or who is holding them the longest. Always a lovely explanation of what the pose will be and how it will benefit my body as well as how to know if I am pushing my body too far. My practice is my choice and the room is judgement free. So...get moving and join in!...your heart, mind and body will thank you.
Donna is an excellent, highly trained teacher and I absolutely love her classes! She is wonderful at putting new students at ease AND challenging more experienced yogis. Her classes are well thought out and so enjoyable! Highly recommend!
I LOVE the Be Chill Yin class with Donna! She guides with clear instruction, lots of modifications and such a warm spirit. Can't wait to try more classes like Vibing Vinyasa when I want something high energy. I've listened to Donna's playlists and they are FUN!!! And I've heard amazing things about all the instructors. Hmmm time to look at the membership choices so I can go to ALL the classes....
What a beautiful studio for this community to be gifted with a high level of expertise in yoga. While wine and yin are my favorite offerings, I love Donna's spirituality with a sense of humor, great music, understanding of alignment and true yoga on and off the mat. BE Yoga is a huge win!
