Bayside Fitness Center

Joined Bayside after knee replacement surgery and completion of post-surgery PT. There is a good variety of machines to use and lots of extra equipment is available (kettle bells, free weights, etc.). The facility is kept immaculate and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Have purchased a training package with Henri. She is the BEST, patiently working with my current limitations and encouraging me to push myself!! It's been a long time since I exercised regularly and I think Bayside is going to help me change that!

Henri is an amazing trainer. She has helped me exceed my goals. She is patient yet firm and gets her students to the next level. Professional and yet approachable, I highly recommend Henri for all your workout needs.

I have had the summer pass for the past two years. This place is great - super easy to join and everyone is so friendly! The manager is extremely helpful too!

Just started but really enjoying it. Nice folks and a good gym. Access is electronically managed but they have an app for that or a card. Easy. Great hours. I'll update after I've been there for a while. Happy now for sure. UPDATE! I'm still at it. I purchased some time with a trainer (Henri) and she is terrific. She did a workout schedule for me to reach my goals and it is working out great. It's been a long time since I did any organized exercise but now I'm feeling better for my efforts and will continue on. Thanks Henri for all your work and patience. Still a great gym.
