Bay State Physical Therapy - Mechanic St

All the therapists are great. Carol is always so pleasant and great. She helps with the insurance when needed, always smiling, gets people in a timely manner, and always has fidgets for my kids.

This review is all about carol at the front desk. I’m sorry, but if you’re having a bad morning, you don’t come into work and take it out on your patient. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a professional medical office in my life. The audacity. I call for a new appointment and they tell me they’re booked out for a few weeks so I say I can call their sister offices to hopefully be seen, obviously due to health issues. and she start speed talking over me disregarding anything that I say and hang up and refuse to answer the phone, absolutely ridiculous. I can’t wait to talk to somebody of authority so hopefully they get some professionalism at the front desk, because Carol is not it.

I’m doing this review on behalf of my 83 year old mother who was referred for outpatient PT by her neurologist due to essential hand tremors. Bay state therapy has been very accommodating to her. From the time I inquired if they would be able to accommodate my mom , to scheduling of her appointments up to her therapy sessions. The staff made us feel comfortable. They discussed with us the plan, the goals and expectations. We are highly recommending baystate therapy to our friends and relatives who would need rehab services.

I have been treated by the people at Bay State PT on and off for years. Not only are they skilled and professional they are caring and friendly. I use the gym where they are situated and I always stop by to say hi. They have become my pt family. I cannot praise them loud enough.

No surprise here based.on the other reviews that have come in on this practice -- 5 stars all the way. Great help from Julie and team -- my ankle feels stronger than before I sprained it! Tha ks for everything.
