If you’ve been nervous about trying BodyRok, don’t be. It’s been close to 4 years since I’ve been back in any type of workout setting and I was blown away by the kindness everyone has shown. I can’t say enough positive things about BodyRok, the owner and the coaches! The encouragement and positivity the coaches give throughout the workout is incredible! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This is a very clean, nice new facility. They specialize in an intense low impact 40 minute hybrid Pilates workout on a specialized reformer. It’s fat burning and metabolism boosting. You can’t go wrong being between the city brew drive through and the city vineyard on the other side. Coffee, workout wine. 😊 Look at the clothing an accessories. You will like it.

Customer service is extremely important to me! It's not often these days that companies go out of their way to give it. that is not the case with BodyRok Billings Montana! From my first phone call to my first class I was met with outstanding customer service! These amazing teachers have created such a warm and inviting atmosphere! Thank you girls for being so awesome at what you do and kicking butt in your customer service and customer care!!!

Very unique and different workout. Core work is awesome. I would recommend signing up for a Reformer class, it will kick your booty. l watched a class a few days ago, judged it, and was humbled today.

I went multiple times and their website said open and when i went they were closed. i also called multiple times and no answer. So if you are going to shop don’t expect them to be open even if they say they are.
