BODYBAR Pilates - East Cobb

Recently joined BODYBAR after being part of another gym for years. I tried multiple studios around the area and so glad I landed on BODYBAR. It has been such a welcoming community with great workouts and amazing instructors. There is a variety of classes for all skill levels. I have never seen results from working out so quickly. If you are considering a Pilates studio, check this one out!

I joined BODYBAR almost a year ago and am so thankful I did! The front staff, instructors, and owner are all absolutely incredible. I have struggled to find a workout that I can stick to and enjoy, but I have found that here! I actually look forward to work out now! I have had shoulder problems since high school and I feel so much stronger and have not had as many issues with my shoulder since starting here. If you are looking for a Pilates place, this is the place for you!

The best thing I have ever done for myself was sign up for a membership at Bodybar East Cobb!!!! All of the staff and instructors are super helpful and supportive of your Pilates journey! Whether you are a beginner or advanced Pilates student, there is a class your everyone! I started with 4 classes a month and quickly realized I loved Pilates and how I felt after every class. Definitely my favorite pilates studio and i’ve tried many! Absolutely love classes at BodyBar, Layah and Maria are incredible instructors. Currently in NYC for school and am still missing their classes! Nothing compares to how they teach and how much they care for their clients. They are so attentive and helpful and explain everything so well and such an amazing workout too!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this business and the people who work there, the front office staff, instructors and the owner, Joe. I’ve got both a neurological challenge and have had a spinal fusion and they’ve collectively taken an interest in me, worked with me to find positions that work and have helped me to get stronger. I go almost daily and the cost of each class with an unlimited plan is minimal and well worth the price for my health. Highly recommend!
