BODYBAR Pilates - Downtown Salt Lake City

Love this studio! I am new to Pilates and feel like this was the perfect place to introduce me. I’m totally hooked now. Everyone who works there is so friendly and welcoming. They always take the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident. All of the other members are great to be around and I have made a few new friends. The workouts are challenging and intense in a good way, but don’t put unnecessary stress or strain on my body. I’ve seen WAY more progress in my fitness goals in the two months I’ve been coming here than I did after three years of HIIT workouts. I truly feel like the hour I am here each day is “me time” and I look forward to each workout, which is a feeling I’ve never had before when it comes to exercise. I’m so glad that I took a chance on trying a new workout and joining this studio. It’s been such a great experience!

I had a classic class with Denise yesterday and she was awesome! I signed up for a membership right after. The studio is so pretty! They also have a boutique inside and I just want everything in there! So glad they opened close to home!

I am so happy to be a part of such a positive experience! This studio has given me a safe space to strengthen and connect with my body. My body is tighter, I have greater balance, posture, and flexibility. It also has helped tremendously for my ADHD symptoms and overall reduction in stress. All the staff are sweet and helpful and the instructors are Fabulous!!!! So excited to continue my wellness journey!!! Thank you BodyBar SLC
