Mind and Body connection make this the best choice for athletic Pilates. Laura teaches at a level above and beyond taking the time to instruct each participant at their own pace. Each class we do something different and somehow it focuses on my weaknesses. Keep up the awesome energy!!!!
This studio is so much more than Pilates! It has traditional Pilates reformer components but with an athletic twist. Great instructors, helpful wellness resources, and great support for fitness goals! 10/10

Body- not your typical pilates, Laura and her team will push you to get stronger and stronger. Mixing in heavier weights and always pushing the limits of your muscles! Boys, this studio is for you. Think Pilates is wimpy?… think again!
Soul- Laura has created a community that is kind, welcoming and full of positive energy. It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey, you are welcomed at Bodi and will have plenty of others cheering you on!
I started going when I was 13 weeks pregnant with our third baby. I knew I had to try to stay active and I couldn't hold myself accountable working out at home.
Fast forward. Our third baby is almost 8 months old and this has been the quickest postpartum recovery I've experienced.

I love this place! Bodi Pilates is an amazing work out, and has kept me injury free. Love the instructors and community.
