Be careful here! The ATMs malfunction during your transaction and won't dispense the cash, but the bank will charge you anyway and then refuse to fix it. Plus, the ATM fee is $174MXP. Just go somewhere else where it's safe.

They give very good service, unfortunately Ms. Rocio Barragán is a terrible executive, she treats with arrogance, she is very rude and does not explain anything, she assumes that you know all the bank's processes; Be careful and patient if she assists you or better go with another executive.

Very good service from all the staff. Even though there are only 3 boxes, the service is very fast and the best I have had in all the Bancomer branches!!!
