I understand that they try to do the things as fast ad they can but I had a bad experience here.
Maybe in a different establishment but also part of BBVA the things would be different/better cause in this one... Very bad experience.
They committed a mistake during a process and they forced me to come back the next day because their computers didn't allowed them to do it right away... Like seriously? We're living in 2020 and they have to force you to come back another day becase their system isn't as good as other banks?
Overall, I hate banks in general, but this one a bit more. I lost half of my day for something that it wasn't my fault.
Hole they will be better one day. Honestly I don't recommend it this bank to anyone. You'll loose your time and your money, no jokes.
Did I liked it? NO.
Would I come back? I hope not.
Do I recommend it? NO WAY!
Very slow service and reps don't even hide how little they care. When I do have to go to the bank I have to give up pretty much my whole day that I know I'll be waiting here. When I do talk to a bank rep they'll be texting on the phone on the side. They also make mistakes often as it is common for people to comeback from the street and cut in line as the rep had to fix something they did wrong earlier. This latest trip the fix one thing but broke two other things.
This bank allows its workers to steal money from people depositing money in person and god knows what else. I went to deposit $40K pesos personally into the bank. The person at the teller verbally told me the amount I deposited was indeed $40K pesos but the teller made a deposit for only $34K pesos. Not having my reading glasses at the time, a minute later I checked the deposit slip and noticed the discrepancy. Upon reporting the incident to the fellow at the door, btw you can only talk to the guy at the door, no one at the bank or the 1800 number did anything to investigate the fraud and protected the thief. I later learned that what happened to me is a common practice at all branches of this bank. This bank earns a minus 5 stars rating. This is an imaginable incident at a US bank. Buyer beware. Avoid at all costs.
The main and biggest BBVA Bancomer branch in the city, it looks great now that they remodeled the place. The personnel is great, always willing to help you out. They open on Saturdays, that is a plus
