My experience was disastrous, I can't even call it an experience. I had a visitor today 08/24/2023 and they did not even open the door to access the office, I asked a neighbor if he would please let me access within the community because he thought the intercom was not working and I am pleasantly surprised by It was closed and after several calls I made to them they never answered me. Not a call, not a message to inform that my appointment was canceled…. I lost my time !

The treatment is very careful, like everything they do. They are professional and knowledgeable about the job and empathetic to their clients. I feel very welcome every time I go. I have done the invisible orthodontic treatment and everything is very good! Thank you.
