Ayres De Recoleta Plaza

I booked this hotel because of the location. It is in a safe, upscale, and central neighborhood. It is walking distance from several nice restaurants too. The hotel itself, however, needs improvement. The furniture needs to be replaced with newer items. It may be good for the hotel to be renovated in general. The breakfast is also brought to your room and is simple. But if you want great location and don't want to splurge on a 5* hotel, this is a good option.

Location is awesome - bang opposite the Recoleta cemetery and the around the corner from Recoleta Urban Mall, which is thriving with pubs, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is apartment style - very basic amenities and services. The staff is courteous and helpful [special mention to Nazareno].

Used to be an awesome place, but it seems has fade away with time. The apartments requiere lot of maintenance. Very old TV type, old furnitures, bathroom showing the past of time... Not all the apartments are managed by the same company, so as result prepare yourself to be woke up early on a Sunday with load music, or find less caring neighbors making lot of noise at any time. The administration is informal. You might has to repeat yourself to each of the very young people there, as appear they often don't share the information. No longer a choice for me. Sad, were really nice, many years ago.

Poor maintenance of interiors. Gym is tiny. Pool is tiny and in the shade most of the day. Staff very friendly. Rooms have very basic kitchenette. Noisy area because of nearby clubs and restaurants. Good neighbourhood and good location for turism or for going out. Basic breakfast delivered to the room. OK for a few days but not recommended for long stays.

The hotel itself is not amazing but the location is. The rooms are serviced apartment type very clean and tidy. The little kitchen has everything you could need for a few days like toaster, oven stove top, fridge pots and crockery. Everything you could need is step away.
