Neil is the best teacher I have ever experienced with yoga. I have traveled far and been to many centers, and this is the best.

A great diversity of yoga "styles" with teachers who are all well versed in the physical practice and our anatomy as well as the spiritual teachings of yoga. Beautiful, intimate studio!

This is truly yoga for everybody. I feel very comfortable here and never pressure to do more than I can. Also one of the few places that has iyengar inspired classes.
