Awakenings NOLA Pole & Aerials

Had an AMAZING bachelorette pole party here. Our instructor Amy was fantastic and tailored the class to what we were interested in. It was a very comfortable, judgment-free class and everyone had a blast. We even got to try aerials at the end for a few moments. I was going back and forth between this place and another pole studio and SO glad we chose this one. Would highly recommend for everyone!!

I decided to have a Pole Party for my birthday and Awakenings NOLA was the best decision. Ari was a great host and understood the assignment! I would definitely be back for another party :) Thank you for your hospitality and positive vibes! See you soon.

Awakenings was my first aerial and pole home and I miss it everyday. I have been around to many states now and many studios and I must say - this is by far the most inclusive space with a wide range of skills offered. No matter if you are a beginner or advanced, the staff and the students welcome you with open arms and make you feel like family. 10/10 recommend even if you are just in town for a visit

Honestly, one of the best most body inclusive spaces I’ve encountered. The instructors are very helpful with safety and ensuring you’re feeling sexy. Can’t thank them enough for being so encouraging and supportive!

I'm pretty out of shape and have never done any classes before. Anywhere. A friend convinced me to go to aerial core. It was amazing. Worked out a bunch of muscles and really felt it. Everyone there was nice and I didn't feel out of place being new or not being as flexible as the rest of the class.
