I called on Saturday to get a quote for glass. They said 270. I told them I would come on Tuesday because of the holiday and they were closing early. I called Tuesday to make my appointment and all of a sudden the price climbed up to 320?!. I told the lady that’s not what they quoted me and she started yelling and getting very aggressive and angry with me saying I don’t know who told you that this is the price that’s all I could do. Do you want it done or not. i’m not sure if they are over quoting some people so that they could pocket some of the money but it’s fishy and I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Best autoglass company in the DMV. They helped me get my very hard to find Maserati window replaced ASAP. They are amazing with their customer service I came in on a Saturday literally 15min after they closed, they located my glass with the dealer, prepaid it and offered to install first thing on Monday, considering my urgency they got me connected with another shop close by who did the work on Sunday. Amazing customer service to say the least!!!!

The first front windshield they installed was low quality with obvious distortion, nauseating while driving. I don't blame the installers from not noticing, but it was glaringly obvious from inside the car. I'll give them one star for coming back to look at it and replacing it within a week or two. The second windshield was fine, but the rubber strip at the top was partially ripped off while going through the car wash two weeks after installation causing a leak on that side. However, I was told by a different company that the leak was from not enough urethane used during installation, essentially improper installation. The strip coming off a little shouldn't have mattered. I paid for the installation on site, but they said that I had to go to their location for warrantee work. This is for a minivan and I have 4 kids to drop off and pick up daily, so logistically this wasn't ideal. Reza, the manager, offered to have them come back and fix it, but after weeks and weeks of calls and broken promises, no one has come back and I have given up on them. Now, I have to call another company to come and reinstall it. I usually 4 star a company even when things go wrong as long as they make it right, but this company has wasted so much of my time.

Called them yesterday afternoon and they were in my driveway the next morning. The technicians were very experienced and were finished in only 30-minutes. Very solid business model…with a fair price!
