Authentic Yoga Studio

I’ve been practicing at AY since the beginning of 2021. Once I found my “home” studio here in the valley my practice shot up through the roof. What I love about AY and the owner Amanda is her love & dedication to her community. Her love & passion for yoga seeps out during every class I take. From her daily life encouragement and uplifting comments that ground my soul back into body is a breath of fresh air. The variety of classes and times are very balanced throughout the week. Prices are fair and comparable to other studios around. But the laid-back chill vibes of this one feels like home to me. Water, towels, mats, showers are all available. Last year I also went on a Yoga Retreat trip to Mexico with AY retreats, and it was amazing to be that much closer to the yogi community while expanding my practice. Namasté.

Fantastic hot yoga! The style is not pushy, it's very much go-at-your-own-pace with a positive vibe. Amanda is a great teacher, very chill and clearly puts lots of thought into each class. She always has new things to work on each time I go, so it never gets repetitive. I've moved around the US quite a bit for my job and done yoga at a lot of different places, and this studio is one of my favorites!

I’m new to the hot yoga world, tried this place as is conveniently located & I am now OBSESSED!🤣 Leah, Sean, Elle & Amanda are amazing instructors. 5 of my friends have joined in after me & they all love it as well. One of the 5 friends that joined in after me was already going to another yoga studio & switched over to Authentic Yoga as she felt the other place played their music too loud & she could hardly hear the instructions. If you are looking for a hot yoga place look no more, this is it! You won’t regret it!

I’ve been to many, many yoga studios over the years, and while there have been some good ones, none compare to Authentic Yoga. The energy in the studio is amazing and positive, the classes are consistent (I don’t have to worry about classes getting cancelled or changed at the last minute here, which meaningful to me), the heated classes are hot (but not to the point where I leave feeling drained instead of energized), and the studio is immaculate. I prefer classes that are not extremely slow, and the majority of the classes offered here move at the pace I love. Slow enough to get into the postures, but not so slow my joints start to hurt. I truly feel this is the perfect studio, and I’m so thankful to have finally found a place that feels like home. Thank you, Amanda!

I’m Fairly New to taking yoga in a studio as I’ve only done it for a short time in one other studio. Authentic Yoga has made me crave going to a class every day! I have loved the instructors and both studios are inviting, clean, a place where I leave feeling refreshed, capable, and empowered. Thank you Amanda for all you do to provide us this space to practice, and grow!
